  1. Shipping: a. We offer shipping services for used 35mm film cameras to domestic and international locations. b. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method during checkout. c. Please note that any import taxes, customs duties, or other fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. d. We are not responsible for any delays, additional charges, or issues arising from customs inspections or import regulations in the destination country.

  2. Delivery Time: a. The estimated delivery time for domestic shipments is typically 2-7 business days, depending on the location and chosen shipping method. b. International delivery times may vary significantly based on the destination country, customs clearance processes, and chosen shipping method. c. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or transportation issues may cause delays beyond our control.

  3. Returns: a. We offer a 30-day return policy for used 35mm film cameras, as outlined in our general Terms and Conditions. b. To initiate a return, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from our customer support team. c. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories originally included with the product. d. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  4. Refunds: a. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. b. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. c. Please note that shipping costs, including any import taxes or duties paid, are non-refundable.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices. c.   6. Damaged or Lost Shipments: a. We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in the rare event that a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. b. To resolve such issues, we may require supporting documentation, including photographs of the damaged package or relevant information regarding the lost shipment. c. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the matter to the best of our abilities.
