• We ship used 35mm film cameras domestically and internationally.
• Shipping costs depend on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
• Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees for international shipments.
• We are not liable for delays or extra charges caused by customs or import regulations.

Delivery Time

• Domestic: 2-7 business days, depending on the location and shipping method.
• International: Delivery times vary based on destination, customs, and shipping method.
• Delays due to customs or unforeseen issues may occur and are beyond our control.

Returns

• We offer a 30-day return policy.
• Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Items must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all included accessories.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs and any import taxes/duties paid are non-refundable.

Import Taxes & Duties

• Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
• Contact your local customs office for details before placing an order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Contact us immediately if a shipment is damaged or lost.
• We may require photos of damage or details about the lost shipment.
• We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
